Any agreement to design or build a project is made separately, in writing, between you and Skadi Design Build.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes — for example, not attempting to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or submit the contact form with false or malicious information.
Content & ownership
The text, photos, and design of this site belong to Skadi Design Build unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project photos shown on this site are of real work completed by Skadi Design Build.
No guarantee of availability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information here (like pricing ranges or service descriptions) is general — your actual project scope, cost, and timeline are set in a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
Skadi Design Build isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website, to the extent permitted by law. This doesn't limit any liability related to construction work itself, which is governed by your separate project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
